Acceptance of Terms
By using VoxForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
VoxForge converts ebooks and text you upload into multi-voice audiobooks, including optional voice cloning from reference audio you provide.
Your Content and Rights
You retain ownership of the books, text, and reference audio you upload, and of the audiobooks you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload and to any voice you clone. You must not:
- Upload content you do not have the legal right to use.
- Clone a person's voice without their consent.
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Plans, Billing, and Refunds
- Free renders only the first chapter of one book with a short watermarked preview.
- Pro is a recurring monthly subscription with unlimited rendering; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting unlimited rendering for the lifetime of the product.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. For one-time Lifetime purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not rendered substantial output. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service Availability
Rendering runs on infrastructure we operate. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and long render jobs may be queued.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
